  6. Then add the ground paprika and mix well.
  7. Add the julienned red pimento and mix well.
  8. Now heat the oil in a pan on a medium flame and fry the eggs.
  9. Add a little black pepper if needed.
  10. Add the fried egg to the Jalfrezi.
  11. Serve with simple boiled rice.
