The Silk Road of Flavors:

At the heart of Chicken Reshmi Kabab is the meticulous marination process. The chicken, usually boneless and tender, is bathed in a luscious blend of yogurt, cream, and a host of aromatic spices. This marination process, akin to the silk road of flavors, infuses the meat with a richness that is both delicate and profound.

The Secret Ingredients:

What sets Chicken Reshmi Kabab apart is its secret combination of ingredients that contribute to its unique taste. Crushed cashews and almonds bring a nutty undertone, while a hint of cardamom and saffron adds a touch of regality. The infusion of ginger, garlic, and a whisper of green chili lends a subtle heat that dances on the taste buds.
