Ingrediants
1/2kgboneless mutton
3tbsplemon juice
2tbspraw papaya paste
2tbsp Tikka masala
1tbspginger garlic paste
1tbspred chilicrushed
1tbspground cumin
salt to taste
oil as required
How to Cook Mutton Tikka Boti
Wash the mutton and cut off all excess fat.
Dry and then cut into small cubes.
In a large bowl, mix the lemon juice, ground cumin, red chilies, raw papaya paste, ginger garlic paste, tikka masala and salt.
