Rabri Doodh is not only a delicious drink, but also adds energy as it is loaded with healthy items mainly like milk and nuts.
One can add other flavors too, as per likings so that to make it more flavorful.
How to Make Rabri Doodh
- Add 1 liter of milk in a bowl and boil while stirring.
- Add sugar and continue stirring until it dissolves completely.
- Add jaggery and stir for around 10 minutes until it fully dissolves.
- Now add cardamom powder and pieces of nuts like pistachios, almonds etc. and mix well.
- Let the mixture cook for around 10 minutes on high flame and boil.
- Your Rabri Doodh is Prepared and take the drink in a glass to serve.
