Sattu ka Sharbat – The Ultimate Refreshing Drink

Sattu is basically flour made from dry roasted grains or gram, most commonly barley or Bengal gram, and is loaded with fiber and protein. In some areas, Sattu ka Sharbat is made by dry roasting cashews, almonds, millet, barley, and chickpeas and grinding them into fine flour.

Also called the poor man’s protein, Sattu Drink is a cheap and equally effective replacement for your protein shakes. If you are looking for some protein options to help you meet your recommended daily protein intake, then Sattu is perfect for you.
